Elyon Tableware® will ship all "free shipping" orders with a shipper of our choice. When applicable, we will provide a tracking number for your order. Free shipping is only available to orders within the contiguous United States.

Allow 1-2 business days for handling before shipment.

Returns & Refunds

At Elyon Tableware, we want to provide you with the best customer experience possible. Thank you for shopping with us!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request -for a replacement or refund- within 30 days of receiving your order under the following terms.

Terms for Returns

All returns must be preauthorized and approved.

An RMA's (return merchandise authorization) must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returned merchandise must be labeled with the provided RMA number.

The items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to receive a full refund for your return.

If products arrived damaged or we made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible and within allowed return timeframe.

We will apply the refunds to your original form of payment.

How to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization)

To initiate a return go to My Account > Orders > and select an order eligible for return. Our staff will review your request within 24 hours.

You may request a return for a partial order.


All clearance items are final sale, and no returns will be accepted.

Merchandise is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to New York.
