Elyon Tableware® will ship all "free shipping" orders with a shipper of our choice. When applicable, we will provide a tracking number for your order. Free shipping is only available on orders within the contiguous United States.

Please allow one business day for shipping and handling.

Returns & Refunds

At Elyon Tableware, we want to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Thank you for buying with us!

Not satisfied with your purchase? Initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order, print label, and ship back your order.

How to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization)

To initiate a return, go to My Account > Orders > and select an order eligible for return. Our staff will review your request within one business day and send you a free return postage.

You may request a return for a partial order. However, if you are returning an item that was eligible for free shipping, our original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. 

Once we receive the return order, we will issue a full refund under the following terms.

Terms for Returns

• You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to receive a full refund for your return.
• We will apply the refunds to your original form of payment.
• We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the returned merchandise is damaged or missing.
• We reserve the right to deduct up to a 15% restocking fee.

If you received an order damaged or we made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible and within the allowed return timeframe.

Non-returnable

All clearance items are final sale, and no returns will be accepted.

State and Local Tax Information

Merchandise is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to New York.
