Elyon Tableware® limited lifetime warranty.

Elyon Tableware® offers a 10-year limited lifetime warranty on our Stainless flatware. And a 1-year limited lifetime warranty on our PVD-coated flatware.

This warranty only covers damage caused by manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.  If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option Elyon Tableware® will (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. If your flatware is found to be defective, we will replace the damaged pieces only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by scratches from everyday use, accident, misuse, or abuse.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please have your product and proof of purchase available when making a claim. In the event of a replacement, you may be asked to return the damaged product to Hart Table Top Inc. at the address provided below.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If a product covered by our limited lifetime warranty is no longer available or has been discontinued, Elyon Tableware® reserves the right to replace it with a similar product or a similar pattern. The same warranty will cover the replacement product as the original product for the remaining warranty period. If you are unsatisfied with the replacement product, please contact our customer service team to discuss further options.

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the flatware.
